The works involved the construction of two new office blocks on the north and south of Albion Street in Whitehaven. This included:

• Pile caps
• In-situ concrete structures
• Drainage
• Floor slabs
• Modern office facilities for approximately 1,000 Sellafield Ltd staff. Part of Sellafield’s “Security Enhancement Project” for NDA Properties Ltd. was to relocate from the existing Sellafield nuclear licensed site
• Two four-storey office buildings – 108,726sq.ft. BREEAM Excellent. EPC Rating A. Materials are A or A+ rated in Green Guide to Specification
